Building an AI-powered document intelligence platform for the construction industry. Uses AWS Textract for OCR and data extraction, combined with AI-driven parsing to help general contractors surface critical information from construction documents, create pursuits, and connect with vendors through intelligent matching.

Defined and executed engineering strategy for a modular settlement platform and ledger infrastructure at the Bank of International Settlements, designed for deterministic processing, auditability, and correctness guarantees.

Led architectural design for a consortium-driven bond settlement system using wholesale Central Bank Digital Currency at the Bank of Canada. Evaluated DLT and non-DLT implementation approaches.

Built Mano, an internal permissioned payment system on a private Ethereum network at Scotiabank's Digital Factory. Developed an experimental wallet with POS integration for the cafeteria, enabling real-time blockchain payments used daily by employees. Led blockchain evangelism roadshows across Scotiabank locations, educating teams and brainstorming use cases across departments.

Led technical development of a distributed ledger-based tracing mechanism for mortgage insurance payments at Scotiabank, in collaboration with Ontario financial institutions and Aviva Insurance.

Key contributor to the RBC-Aviva merger insurance quote platform, leading the front-end deployment of the customer-facing auto and home insurance quoter. Built a mobile-first application integrated with Guidewire policy center, still in production today.

Contributed to building Digital Hive (formerly Theia), a unified analytics catalog platform that aggregates Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Cognos, and other BI tools into a single no-code dashboard. Led mobile application prototyping and reporting solution delivery.

Developed and deployed business process solutions on IBM BPM for hospital operations. Built HL7 cancer-formatted data workflows using Mirth Connect for cancer treatment data integration across hospital systems.

Advising on architecture and infrastructure for a cybersecurity posture assessment platform at OGGN Inc. Built the containerized deployment stack, proxy service, authentication flows with Keycloak SSO/MFA, and HTTPS termination via Nginx — serving enterprise clients including Lee Valley Tools.

Led the technical discovery phase for Ontario Health's provincial radiation treatment repository (RT-r) — a centralized DICOM-RT platform for sharing radiation treatment records across all Ontario cancer centers. Hosted and facilitated convergence workshops with multiple centers including Kingston HSC and Thunder Bay.

Built an AI readiness assessment platform from scratch for OGGN Inc., enabling organizations across healthcare, retail, and consumer goods to evaluate their preparedness for AI and GenAI adoption.

Built a full customer-facing website and backend for a drone parts manufacturer. Developed Python tooling to parse CAD files and created an optimization algorithm to efficiently nest drone part orders onto material sheets, minimizing waste.

Architected an AI-augmented governance layer for Cosmos-based blockchain ecosystems, integrating on-chain proposal data, off-chain signals, and LLM-based summarization workflows.

Part of the founding engineering team building OpenLibra, an open-source fork of Facebook's Libra with an active mainnet token economy. Contributed to consensus, governance, and Move-based smart contracts.

Built and contributed to Carpe, a cross-platform wallet for the OpenLibra network enabling account creation and coin management. Desktop app built with Svelte, Rust, and Tauri; mobile versions for Android and iOS built with React Native.

Developed a blockchain-based identity management system at the Crypto Chicks Hackathon, winning first place for innovative use of decentralized identity.

Self-hosted cloud and media infrastructure running at home. Nextcloud for private cloud storage and file sync, Jellyfin as a media server — demonstrating hands-on infrastructure, networking, and system administration skills.
